i miss you so badly i think i'm gonna fall apart
oh please, this is not what i want.
today band fiesta was GREAT!
the junior band had to dance DD:
but luckily we could all remember the dance steps,
so it wasn't reallly that bad
infact, itwaskindafuntoo:D
but our costume reallly sucked lah :/
lifeskills camp tee + school skirt = weirdo mess of orange and white (!!!)
then we were made to tie our hair into two ponytails._.
with the exception of clarissa and cheryl ho :/ cos too short tie what tie
BAHH!!
evryone chiong-ed to the toilet to tie lor.
it was like a batch garthering at the toilet.
everyone was laughing at how idiotic everyone else looked like.
i was nearly kneeling over in laughter :DD
everyone looked so... CUTE!
but tying up to two wasn't all.
our poor hair was subjected to more tortue D:
cos yange was an old old song
our seniors decided to give us a retro hairstyle :/
they made the two ponytails so puffy and curly until it was a cloud of hair (!!!!!)
my hair was made by roslind whounfortunately makes the puffiest and curliest hair :O
you can imagine -.-
jane's hair kept dying so it was done and sprayed all over in hair spray THREE TIMES in total.
the end result of all the hair was of course rather funny :D
but have to admit lah, it matches our over-sized shades!
ohYAY:D
then they sprayed red hair dye onto our hair
so our necks turned red -.-
val was freaking out in the toilet over her red neck
so i kindly took a piece of tissue, wetted it, and began helping her scrub her neck._.
freakkkkkkkkkkkkkking weird but that's us:D
we did full-dress rehersal after that in the band room.
oh and huishan's partner didn't come so she was alone :/
i didn't realise it until the waltz part
then huishan no partner but at that part she was supposed to twirl around and kneel down.
so i saw her stun for a minute and she started turning round all by herself.
and for some unknown reason,yours truly found this sight so hilarious that i burst out laughing while dancing.
and of course clarissa wholaughsateverything saw me laughing and started laughing too(!!!!)
so throughout the whole dance me and clarissa were laughing like two weirdos :/
but we weren't scolded so i guess our mad laughter was mistaken for cheerfulness :D

but all in all the dance was quite okay
the movements more together le!

we practiced for awhile more then it was time to go.
seniors were like so flustered cos they must hold their instruments in one hand and the case in another.
apparently, there was no time to set up at the Botanic Gardens.
and apparently our school didn't rent a lorry to ferry all the bulky instruments.
so we lumped all the cases together on two seats.
but the uncle was scared that the instruments would fly across when at a sharp turn and smash his precious windows DD:
but it didn't.
cause it also never really got a chance to do so lor.
the trip was like so freakkkkking short cann?
we were even looking foward to a nice long nap in the bus like that time we were in japan.
reached there and the whole band trudged up to the place we were supposed to be performing.
jo carried her case like it was the body of a dead man :o
the stage looked like the inside of a mushroom :/ really.
and it was floating!
tasha gave a deep groan of despair when she saw the pond the stage was in.
she was deathly afraid that she would fall into the pond while dancing
cause according to her she washalf-blind without her specs.
but actually even if she did, it would really be a cool special-effect for the band.
the audience would go like wow-wow :)
okay, i am being sadistic i know :/
the bands played, got primary schools!
look damn cute but their band uniform is those miltary type de.
ours much much much nicer; japan style! :D

then it was our turn!
is it just my imagination or did we play much louder than the rest?
NYCB played latin favourites first,
so we stood there waiting.
then it was our turn to dance :D
haha. it was a blast! :D
you could practically hear everyone there break down into laughter when we turned around with our shades on.
wow, it must have been quite a sight.
our dance was quite okay i think :D
the audience clapped.
the mc even referred to us as the orange girls after we performed DD:
then got summore band after us.
i din watch all finish
but got one story form one,
quite nice and funny the story.
Peter and the wolf.
the wolf was some random guy who looks weird and scary in his grey costume.
my first thought was wow, this guy looks like frankenstein :
then the wolf ate up the duck.

then got the special of yellow feathers thrown into the air.
thefrankenstein wolf reappeared wearing the yellow feathery scarf the the duck was wearing.

zomg -.-
then i didn't watch liao
decided to go home with the big black umbrella they gave us.
so here i am safely at home typing this out for you all to read :D
now now, that was a nice ending, wasn't it?
